Chipped & cracked

Tried one package and 8 of the 10 pieces had chips in them or cracks. No response from customer service. I have been waiting four days for them to return an email

The adhesive on these tiles is incredibly strong, so if you order a substantial quantity, be prepared for a challenge if you need to remove them.

Appears Elegant and Applies Smoothly

Great tiles! It took me about 3 hours to install them. As others have mentioned, be sure to position them precisely because once they stick, they're challenging to adjust. I recommend pulling the backing halfway off to line them up and then removing the rest once matched to the previously placed tile. They look fantastic!
