Refund policy
Are you not a 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Stoneflex is happy to accept returns within 1 week from receiving your order. Please read the following information carefully.
1. You must email us the on sales@stone-flex.com with your order no. and reason for return.
2. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
3. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
4. In case of breakage/damage during delivery kindly email us with adequate proof to facilitate the return and refund by intimating us within 24 hrs. of delivery via email. Please read our FAQs section for more information.
5. All returns are based on our discretion subject to the terms stated above.
6. Samples purchased from Stoneflex are non-returnable & non-refundable.
